#freenode is the primary channel on the freenode network, serving a diverse global community. Our goal is to foster an engaging and respectful environment where people can discuss a wide range of topics.
#freenode Channel Rules
1. Primary Language: Please communicate in English for the benefit of all members.
2. Restricted Topics: Avoid discussing politics, religion, and ideologies such as Nazism and Communism. This includes sharing related videos.
3. No Spamming: Refrain from spamming websites, other channels, or IRC networks. Mentioning them in relevant discussions is fine, but don't spam.
4. Privacy and Safety: No doxxing is tolerated (immediate akill/zline applies). Respect everyone's privacy.
5. Bullying and Threats: Bullying, including any form of death threats, is strictly prohibited.
6. Keep It Clean: Avoid flooding the chat. Additionally, no racist remarks or pornography images are allowed.
7. Messaging Etiquette: Do not PM/DM/message anyone without their prior consent.
